Force Looking for Landmark Day on Saturday after a Series of Losses

The Force men will take on the Spokane Shadow on Saturday, July 13th at 3pm at Gordon Field in their season finale. When they do, they will be looking to avenge a 5-3 loss from last two weeks earlier in Spokane. That isn't the big picture however, the Force men have a chance to finish with a winning record for the first time in their outdoor history. Although what started off as a highly promising season has slipped through the cracks the last few weeks, a win this weekend will not only give the Force a winning record, but they will be the only team not to make the playoffs that can boast that.

Admittedly that will be a bit frustrating considering where the team was at in the table a month ago, but being placed in a division where you are not only the only team to never have a winning record, but also grouped with 3 other teams that have won 4 of the 5 league titles, it was never going to be easy.

Gabe Threadgold will be attending UW this fall and earned his first White Claw Man of the Match in his first match of many to come with the Force!

The Force men played hard last week at Washington Premier, but the current holders of the cup were too much for the young Force team. Losing this game, ended the playoff hopes for the Force and clinched them for both WPFC and PAC NW. Join the men this weekend in their final home game when they take on the Shadow at 3pm at Gordon. It will also be our last "Force Gear Garage Sale Day" of the year!!
